Kenneth Copeland — End-Time Transfer of Wealth Scriptures

February 11th, 2011 No comments

Kenneth and Gloria Copeland

Here are some promises that you, as a child of God, can stand on regarding the transfer of wealth in these last days.

Job 27:13-17

KJV—This is the portion of a wicked man with God, and the heritage of oppressors, which they shall receive of the Almighty….Though he heap up silver as the dust, and prepare raiment as the clay; He may prepare it, but the just shall put it on, and the innocent shall divide the silver.

Amp—This [I am about to tell] is the portion of a wicked man with God, and the heritage which oppressors shall receive from the Almighty…. Though he heaps up silver like dust, and piles up clothing like clay; He may prepare it, but the just will wear it, and the innocent will divide the silver.

NIV—Here is the fate God allots to the wicked, the heritage a ruthless man receives from the Almighty…. Though he heaps up silver like dust and clothes like piles of clay, what he lays up the righteous will wear, and the innocent will divide his silver.

Psalm 37:7-11, 28-29

KJV—Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass….

For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the Lord, they shall inherit the earth. For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be. But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace….

For the Lord loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off. The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever.

Amp—Be still and rest in the Lord; wait for Him, and patiently stay yourself upon Him;fret not yourself because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked devices to pass….

For evildoers shall be cut off; but those who wait and hope and look for the Lord, [in the end] shall inherit the earth. For yet a little while and the evildoer will be no more; though you look with care where he used to be, he will not be found. But the meek [in the end] shall inherit the earth, and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace….

For the Lord delights in justice and forsakes not His saints; they are preserved for ever, but the offspring of the wicked [in time] shall be cut off. [Then] the [consistently] righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell upon it for ever.

Moffatt—Leave it to the Eternal and be patient; fret not over the successful man, who aims to slay the upright, and carries out his wicked plan….

Evildoers shall indeed be rooted out, and the land left to those who wait for the Eternal. A little longer, and the godless will be gone; look in his haunts, and he is there no more! The land will be left to the humble, to enjoy plenteous prosperity…for the Eternal, who loves honesty, never forsakes his faithful band. The lawless shall be utterly destroyed…the land is the possession of the good, and all their days they shall dwell there.

Kenneth Copeland — Twisted or Transformed?

That’s why Isaiah 55:7 says, “Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts.” The word wicked there actually means “twisted.”

Satan takes God’s thoughts and twists them. He takes the truth and turns it into a lie. Thus, people who don’t have the Anointing of God on their minds have twisted thinking. They are thinking Satan’s thoughts.

They don’t realize that, of course. They think they’re thinking their own thoughts. But in reality, they don’t have that option.

You see, as members of the race of man, you and I are not independent entities. We are spirit and we are created in God’s class, or image, but we are not sovereign. We are not God.

Each one of us has a spiritual Lord. If we choose Jesus, He is our Lord. Those who don’t choose Jesus have the devil as their lord by default, whether they acknowledge it or not.

Since we are not independent entities, we cannot have independent thoughts. We will either be thinking Satan’s thoughts or God’s thoughts. The straight thoughts of God are truth and the twisted thoughts of the devil are lies, and there is nothing in between.

But, let me warn you. Just because you’ve made Jesus your Lord doesn’t mean you’ll automatically think God’s thoughts. You only begin thinking God’s thoughts when you begin to fill your mind and heart with the Word of God and make yourself subject to His Anointing.

Romans 12:2 calls that process “the renewing of your mind.” It also says that process will transform you. Why does it have such a dramatic effect? Because when you change your mind, you change your choices—and that changes everything!

Kenneth Copeland — Blessed And Prosperous Are The Righteous

December 30th, 2009 Comments off

Kenneth and Gloria Copeland

Psalm 1:1-3
KJV—Blessed is the man that walketh not
in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth
in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat
of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of
the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate
day and night. And he shall be like a tree
planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth
forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also
shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth
shall prosper.

Amp—Blessed—happy, fortunate, prosperous
and enviable—is the man who walks
and lives not in the counsel of the ungodly
[following their advice, their plans and purposes],
nor stands [submissive and inactive]
in the path where sinners walk, nor sits
down [to relax and rest] where the scornful
[and the mockers] gather. But his delight
and desire are in the law of the Lord, and
on His law—the precepts, the instructions,
the teachings of God—he habitually meditates
(ponders and studies) by day and by
night. And he shall be like a tree firmly
planted [and tended] by the streams of
water, ready to bring forth his fruit in its
season; his leaf also shall not fade or wither,
and everything he does shall prosper [and
come to maturity].

Moffatt—Happy the man who never goes
by the advice of the ungodly, who never
takes the sinners’ road, nor joins the company
of scoffers, but finds his joy in the
Eternal’s law, poring over it day and night. He
is like a tree planted by a stream, that bears
fruit in due season, with leaves that never
fade; whatever he does, he prospers.

NIV—Blessed is the man who does not
walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand
in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of
mockers. But his delight is in the law of the
Lord, and on his law he meditates day and
night. He is like a tree planted by streams
of water, which yields its fruit in season and
whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he
does prospers.

Psalm 122:6-7
KJV—They shall prosper that love thee.
Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity
within thy palaces.

Amp—May they prosper that love you
[the Holy City]! Peace be within your walls
and prosperity within your palaces!

Moffatt—May all thy homes be safe, may all
go well within thy walls, within thy palaces!

NIV—May those who love you be secure.
May there be peace within your walls and
security within your citadels.
